The library provides several resources to assist you with citations and bibliographies:
- View our guides to get started with common citation styles like MLA, APA, and Chicago.
- EasyBib helps you cite sources in a variety of citation styles--not just traditional books and articles, but also online sources like YouTube videos, blogs, and more. Register for a personal account to save, organize, and share your work. EasyBib is a great tool for students at any level, especially if you're not familiar with creating citations.
- EndNote Web is a citation management program that can help you save and organize citations and, with one click, create bibliographies in MLA, APA, Chicago, or many other styles. EndNote is great for faculty and graduate students who need to manage citations for large, long-term projects. Learn more and get started.
You can also make an appointment with the SHSU Reading & Writing Center (located in the Farrington Building, room 111) for in-depth assistance with writing and citing skills.
