Short answer: Maybe.

In general, library personnel would not have time to do anything else if we copied all the stuff for all the students. You are welcome to take photos, make photocopies, use scanners, etc. at the library.

Faculty may request material to be delivered to their office or email using the Faculty>Direct Service.

Users who live outside of the City of Huntsville and are not attending classes on the SHSU main campus are eligible for Distance Learning Services. This permits students to have print books mailed to their home address, and also to request a digital scan of an article from a print journal, a chapter from a print book, etc. Note that these requests will be subject to some copyright limitations; for example, we cannot scan and email a whole print book, but we may be able to mail the book to you instead. In either case, you will use the ILLiad online system to request digital scans of print articles / book pages, or to request that entire books be mailed to you.
