YES. Your Bearkat OneCard IS your library card. You must show a Bearkat OneCard to borrow books and materials--we will accept both physical and digital/mobile cards.

SHSU students, faculty, and staff may obtain their Bearkat One Card in the Estill Building, Suite 103, or call (936) 294-CARD (2273). A mobile version of this ID can also be accessed in the official SHSU mobile app.

 

If you are not SHSU faculty, staff, or a student, you can still use all library resources on-site. You also may be able to borrow some materials through the use of an NGL Courtesy Card or a TexShare card issued by another university or public library with which you are affiliated.
